Magnetic read/write processes with vacuum SPM. The use of vacuum SPM improves sensitivity of magnetic and electrostatic interactions non-contact measurements significantly. The enhanced sensitivity is achieved due to increasing of cantilever quality factor (Q-factor) in vacuum environment.
