At present we hold a position in our “Smart Systems and Energy Technology” unit for an Analog Circuit Designer-Imagers.

Job Description:

Imec enjoys a world-class reputation in integrated circuit and system design and technology development. Using these skills, imec develops specialty image sensor products using its own proprietary technology. You will be involved in the design and qualification of analog and mixed-signal circuits and systems for these image sensor development projects, in close interaction with the customer.

You will:

participate in the architecture study and the definition, design and implementation of analog and mixed-signal building blocks (e.g. amplifiers, ADCs, clock circuitry, digital drivers) for image sensor products;
test and validate your designs in our laboratories;
collaborate with specialists from other cross-disciplinary teams;
support external partners that use our technology.

Requirements:

You have a Master of Science or a PhD degree in Electronics.
You have at least 3-5 years of analog design experience, or show an equivalent excellent proficiency in analog CMOS design and technologies.
You have demonstrated the capability of going through concept-design-validation for complex Analog ICs using Cadence tools.
Experience in the field of image sensor design and experience in an industrial context are a plus.
Experience in digital design is an asset.
You have a natural desire to analyze and solve problems and you are self-critical.
You are result driven and focus on customer satisfaction.
You are a good team player, able to pursue and find compromise.
You have competent communication and reporting skills.
