| Job Description: | ||||||||||||
As the demand for faster, smaller and more power-efficient devices is increasing, the present memory technologies, such as DRAM and SRAM are reaching their limits in terms of scalability beyond the 2X-nm generation. Alongside the thriving effort to push further the boundaries of current technologies, new emerging memory technologies are being developed and the Spin-Transfer Torque magnetic random access memory (STT-MRAM) is considered as one of the most promising replacement candidate. Imec has implemented a world class program developing STT-MRAM with a state-of-the-art dedicated 300mm tool set aiming at sub-1X nm technology nodes. The program targets the development of materials and devices to enable STT-MRAM to become a competitive mass production technology with aggressive scalability, performance and reliability goals, while providing the fundamental understanding through advanced characterization, simulations and modeling. To further strengthen our program leadership team, we are searching for a Program Director (m/f) managing the STT-MRAM program with great visibility and exposure towards the world leading IDMs, foundries, suppliers and system companies.
