| The LNBD laboratory focuses on the development and study of new generation of nanomaterial-based devices, with an emphasis on developing new fabrication approaches and understanding the fundamental mechanisms of the structural assembly. the group uses both the bottom-up and top-down paradigms as the underlying approach for exploring new devices and applications in diverse areas. These include the interface between nanomaterial-based electronic nose devices and disease diagnosis and ecology monitoring, molecule-based (opto)electronic devices, electrical contacts to organic molecules, and electronic charge transport via organic molecules. |
