Del Mar Photonics Demonstrates New AFM Heron

(Nanowerk News) Del Mar Photonics will be demonstrating new AFM Heron at various locations in the United States and worldwide starting on Monday, April 27th. If interested please e-mail for demo times and locations or to request a demo at your facility.
Atomic force microscopy (AFM) is now well established among the tools of choice for the analysis and characterization of materials. AFM Heron is a new generation of AFM/STM/NSOM with a high degree of automation and ready for integration with Raman, femtosecond and other systems. AFM Heron is suitable for variety of applications in nanotechnology, molecular and cell biology, material research and characterization. Applications of AFM span many industries including chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors.
