MultiProbe™ Forms Alliance with European Microelectronics and High-Tech Equipment Company
(Nanowerk News) MultiProbe™ announces the addition of Digit Concept, Microelectronics & High-Tech Equipment Company, to their worldwide network of representatives. Effective immediately, Michael Obein, Technical Support Manager at Digit Concept, located in Guerville, France, will provide sales and support of the MultiProbe Atomic Force Prober (AFP) to semiconductor failure analysis facilities within Europe.
"We are pleased to have Michael representing us in Europe," says Patrick Harrington, MultiProbe Director of Sales. "Digit Concept’s understanding of FA needs, and Michael’s vast experience working with high-tech equipment, specifically for failure analysis, gives us confidence that we can count on them for quality customer support."
