American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists offers nanotechnology webinar

(Nanowerk News) AAPS is pleased to present the complimentary eLearning Webinar on Nanotechnology in Drug Design and Development. This module is funded by a grant from AstraZeneca, and is organized by the AAPS Physical Pharmacy and Biopharmaceutics Section. This Webinar will be conducted by Roy Haskell, Ph.D, on October 22, 2009, 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM EDT.
The purpose of this free Webinar is to provide an overview of submicron systems and to discuss the analytical issues nanotechnology presents, as well as the means by which some of these issues can be addressed. Participants will gain understanding of submicron systems and the context in which the technology can be used in the pharmaceutical sciences.
