LayTec Ranks Among Germany's 50 Fastest Growing Technology Companies
(Nanowerk News) At the Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 award ceremony in Hamburg on October 21, 2009 LayTec ranked 30th among the 50 fastest growing companies in Germany. Between 2004 and 2008 LayTec increased its turnover by 378% and therefore belongs to the 50 fastest growing companies in Germany and 500 fastest growing companies in Europe.

Founded in October 1999 as a spin-off of the Technical University Berlin, LayTec quickly became a
market leader in compound semiconductor process monitoring instrumentation, especially for LED
production. Additionally, LayTec recently released a product line for in-line metrology of photovoltaics,
oxides and organic materials.
LayTec’s products improve development speed, quality control, process reproducibility and yield.
