Camtek Receives Order for Multiple Wafer Inspection Systems
(Nanowerk News) Camtek Ltd. announced today that it received follow-on orders for three wafer inspection systems from a major IDM (Integrated Device Maker) and chipmaker. The three systems will be installed during the third quarter of 2010.
The orders, totaling above $ 2 million dollars, include three systems for 3D metrology and inspection of bumped wafers.
