Intevac Receives Order for Its Lean Solar Deposition System
(Nanowerk News) Intevac, Inc. announced today it has received an order for a LEAN SOLAR™ deposition system for shipment in the first quarter of 2011.
"We are pleased to announce this purchase order from a new customer for use in the manufacturing of crystalline silicon solar cells," commented Kevin Fairbairn, president and chief executive officer of Intevac.
