Call for Grant Applications - UK NanoMission to Russia 2010
(Nanowerk News) Applications are now invited from UK companies to join the NanoMission Russia 2010 visiting the major international conference 'RusNano 2010 Forum' in Moscow on 1st-3rd November 2010.
Organised by the International NanoMicroClub (INMC), a Technology Strategy Board funded joint initiative between the Institute of Nanotechnology and the NanoKTN, NanoMission Russia will provide unique opportunities to develop business in nano-enabled cleantech applications.
About the Mission
Nanotechnology has a key role in enabling future clean technologies for energy and the environment. Focussing on clean energy and environmental remediation, the mission will develop international research collaboration and commercial deals. Organisations are sought with offerings in manufacture, control and development of nanotechnologies relevant to cleantech applications.

Brokering opportunities for UK nanotechnology companies with Russian partners

About Rusnano 2010
The RusNano Forum is the showcase event in the RusNanotech calendar. In 2009 the Forum attracted over 10,000 visitors from across Russia and 38 other countries, with 269 companies exhibiting, and an extensive program of influential industry speakers.
How to Apply for a Travel Grant
A travel grant of up to £500 will be available for UK based SMEs to join the NanoMission Russia 2010. Companies who join the mission and present as part of the conference program will qualify for a free delegate pass. Grants will be awarded on a competitive basis to assist with the cost of travel and hotel accommodation. The grant will cover 50% of these costs, with a maximum grant of £500 available to each company.
