IVAM updates success story - Product Market 'Micro, Nano & Materials' at MicroTechnology/Hannover Me(...)

(Nanowerk News) For ten years already, the Product Market “Micro, Nano & Materials” has been a vibrant market place at MicroTechnology/HANNOVER MESSE. Starting with only few exhibitors, the IVAM joint pavilion comprises nearly 60 exhibitors from seven nations meanwhile, and about 70 % of the available booths are already booked for next year’s exhibition.
In 2008, IVAM attends to the important subject laser technology. This growth market is represented by the special show “Laser for micro machining and micro production”. Companies from laser industry like ROFIN, SYNOVA and LIMO will not only inform about micro machining and micro production in general, but also very specifically. The IVAM Product Market brings up the use of advanced materials, system integration as well as cutting-edge production methods. Both exhibitors and the expected 50,000 visitors of the MicroTechnology will benefit from this concept.
The HANNOVER MESSE, which records about 200,000 expert visitors each year, has invited Japan as partner country for 2008. It is the huge market, especially in the microtechnology industry, that makes Japan interesting for Europe and the United States. Various options for cooperation with Japan promise strong impulses for all exhibitors and visitors of HANNOVER MESSE. They can profit by excellent business contacts, cooperation initiations and contract conclusions.
The MicroTechnology is located in hall 6 next year. This hall offers location advantages particularly induced by the direct proximity to the topic-related competence centers Hygienic Design, RFID and Mechatronics as well as to the relevant leading trade fairs Subcontracting, Research & Technology, INTERKAMA+ (process automation) and Factory Automation. The MicroTechnology has intersections with these exhibitions. However, participants of MicroTechnology stand out of the crowd of exhibitors by being experts in miniaturization.
