Top ten intellectual property lawyers influencing nanotechnology |

(Nanowerk News) The journal Nanotechnology Law & Business has published a list of the top 10 intellectual property (IP) lawyers influencing the field of nanotechnology.

According to the journal, to date, most of the IP work performed for clients has been in patent prosecution, but there are increasing numbers of licensing deals, and a flood of IP litigation may be on the near horizon.
|
|
The lawyers were selected based on factors such as number of patents prosecuted, types of clients, and general involvement in the nanotech community. Many of these lawyers have published in or have otherwise become involved with this journal, and have helped keep Nanotechnology Law & Business on the cutting edge of the ever-changing nanotechnology patent landscape.
