Korean-German Micro/Nano Business Workshop at NANO KOREA 2008
(Nanowerk News) German and Korean micro and nano experts will meet at the most important event for applied micro- and nanotechnology in Korea to discuss new application areas.
On August 28, IVAM Microtechnology Network in collaboration with the Korea Advanced Nano Fab Center (KANC) and the Korean Nanotechnology Research Association (NTRA) will hold its 3rd Korean-German Micro/Nano Business Workshop during NANO KOREA at Kintex, Seoul.
Companies and institutes like NanoFocus, Raith and Korea Institute of Industrial Technology will give presentations with topics ranging from e-beam lithography to quality control of surfaces in the nano range. The event is supported by the German Ministry of Education and Research and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Further information and the program are available at www.ivam.de.
