Get an interuniversity Master in Nanotechnologies in Venice, Italy

(Nanowerk News) The goal is to provide international students - graduated in chemistry, physics, materials science or engineering - with scientific and managerial skills, in order to pursue a career in the nanotechnology sector and to establish a network between nanotech professionals and hi-tech companies.
The Interuniversity Master in Nanotechnologies, one of the first European generalist master on nanotechnologies started in 2004, aims at providing managers with a strong scientific background in order to support enterprises in the conquest of new markets and in the creation of new Hi-tech products.
The term "generalist" means that the technical-scientific education provided has got a multidisciplinary nature. The IMN deals with different aspects of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, from Photonics to Biotechnology, thus making our students suitable for enterprises of many different sectors.
Program

330 hours on nanoscience and nanotechnology;

150 hours on business administration and management;

40 hours of workshops and seminars;

3-month internship at an international nanotech company.

The faculty is composed of scientists from the most respected universities worldwide. During the last edition, visiting professors came from: MIT, Imperial College, Cambridge, UCLA, etc. Courses are taught in English.
