NANO KOREA 2012 to Exhibit at COEX, Seoul from August 16

(Nanowerk News) NANO KOREA 2012 will be held for three days at COEX in Seoul from Aug. 16 (Thursday) to Aug. 18 (Saturday). This year's event will be the largest yet with 550 booths and 350 companies from 11 countries under the slogan "Nanotechnology, the Frontiers of Innovation."
This year is especially meaningful as it will be the 10th anniversary for NANO KOREA, and to celebrate there will be a variety of events to showcase the latest nano convergence trends, technologies and products.
NANO KOREA has been growing rapidly by an average of 23% annually over the last 10 years. Success has been so great that it is now one of the world's three major nano technology events. This year will be the largest ever with special exhibitions such as the NANO KOREA Symposium, Microtech World, Advanced Ceramics Exhibition, Laser Korea, and the Printed Electronics Exhibition.
Each year, NANO KOREA offers its very popular online "matchmaking service" that helps companies exchange information and set up meetings with exhibitors prior to the exhibition not only in Korea, but also abroad.
"Because this year marks NANO KOREA's 10th year, we focused on preparing it in a way that amply shows the potential of Korea's nano industry that has advanced rapidly over the last ten years," said NANO KOREA Organization Committee Chairman Lee Hui-guk. "We look forward to NANO KOREA 2012 serving as a bridgehead for nano technology exchange and development both domestically and internationally."
NANO KOREA 2012 will be an opportunity where participants can meet with companies from all over the world as well as Korea's large enterprises and research institutes. Visiting businessmen will be provided with a wide range of programs -- from consultations with overseas buyers to potential investors.
