As a ferroelectric device researcher, you will be responsible for the electrical characterization and development of 3D Ferroelectric devices for high-density memory application. Your main focus will be on the investigation of the device physics, electrical properties, and material engineering.
In this rolle, you will:
Characterize electrically 2D and 3D ferroelectric capacitor and transistor stacks developed in the core program of imec.
Characterize electrically specific ferroelectric structures developed jointly with an industrial partner.
Deliver understanding of the impact of process and materials on electrical properties of ferroelectric stacks.
Who you are
You obtained a PhD in device physics, test, modelling, or electronic engineering.
You are a memory device expert with solid experience in device physics and device testing (>3years). Ideally you are proficient in ferro device testing and reliability expertise, with good knowledge of CMOS integration and materials.
Experience in modelling is a strong plus.
You combine a data-driven mindset with creativity.
You’re methodical and apply a systematic approach.
