This CMN is part of the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering.
The Fraunhofer Center for Nanoelectronic Technologies CNT in Dresden is an institution of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft created as a public-private partnership with industrial partners Infineon Technologies AG and Advanced Micro Devices AMD and other research partners.
