Carl Zeiss SMT Celebrates Grand Opening of New North American Headquarters with Nano-Ribbon Cutting

(Nanowerk News) Carl Zeiss SMT Inc. announces the opening ceremony of its new North American headquarters on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, 11:00 a.m. – approx. 2:00 p.m. at One Corporation Way, Peabody, MA 01960.
