MFIC Corporation Changes Name to Microfluidics International Corporation
(Nanowerk News) MFIC Corporation (OTCBB: MFIC) today announced that at the Company’s Annual Meeting held on June 17, 2008 shareholders voted to changes the Company’s name to Microfluidics International Corporation, effective June 18, 2008. The Company’s stock will continue to trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the ticker MFIC. The Company’s website will be remain located at www.mficcorp.com.
