    Whatever your research area, from solar cells to displays, Innovnano's Al-doped ZnO (AZO) sputtering targets produce high performance thin films.

    Our patented manufacturing technology - Emulsion Detonation Synthesis (EDS) - yields AZO powder with an ultrafine nanostructure and enhanced properties, which are carried through to our AZO targets. These are available as 2" and 3" discs and can be manufactured with different Al doping concentrations (0.5-2 wt. % Al2O3)
