Human non B cells are depleted by incubating the sample with the Human Pan B cell isolation optimized biotin conjugated antibody cocktail mixture followed by incubation with magnetic streptavidin nanoNanoparticles. The magnetically labeled antibody is pulled out by the use of a magnetic separator to leave the target cells intact in the supernatant. The untouched total human B cells are collected by decanting the liquid in a clean tube. These are the cells of interest; do not discard the liquid. Some of the downstream applications include functional assays, gene expression, phenotypic characterization, etc. These magnetic nanoparticles can be used wiht both free standing magnets and column-based systems. https://www.cd-bioparticles.com/p/Pan-B-Cell-Isolation-Kit-Human_6_198_198_5432.html

  • Creative Diagnostics provides highly uniform nanoparticles widely used in biology and medicine, including colloidal gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, titania nanoparticles, inorganic fluorescent nanoparticles (quantum dots and upconversion nanocrystals), as well as biodegradable polymer nanoparticles. Our nanoparticles are manufactured with different shapes and sizes, and the particle surface can be coated, functionalized or conjugated with biomolecules. These nanoparticles have found broad applications in immunoassay, bioseparation, medical imaging and diagnosis, as well as drug delivery and cancer therapy.
