    Human PE labeled peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are either selected or depleted in a two-step separation process. The cells are first incubated with an anti-human PE-conjugated antibody, followed by incubating with directly Absolute Mag™ Human anti-PE Magnetic Nanoparticles (# WHM-B003). The PE+ magnetically labeled antibody is pulled out by the use of a magnetic separator.
