    Absolute Mag™ Protein A Magnetic Nanoparticles, Hydroxyethyl Starch, 80 nm (# WHM-G109) are synthesized as a core of magnetite and coated with hydroxyethyl starch shell. These nanoparticles are designed with covalently bound protein A on the surface for binding IgGs. These magnetic nanoparticles are cluster-typed shaped and can be separated with a strong permanent magnet for several hours of seperation or in high gradient magnetic fields.
