CdSe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots with poly (ethylene glycol)-appended dihydrolipoic acid (DHLA-PEG) coatings supplied in water. QDs are capped with a mixture of a desired reactive ligand (10% DHLA-PEG-carboxylic acid) and an inert ligand (90% DHLA-PEG-methoxy) which allows the introduction of a small but controlled fraction of terminal carboxyl groups on the QD surface to modulate the number of bound molecules. They are compact in size, reactive with target molecules and fit for biosensing applications such as FRET. Stable in pH = 5-10 and in buffer of Borate, Tris, HEPES, PBS, MES etc. Autoclavibility: 121°C for 30 min. https://www.cd-bioparticles.com/product/diagnano-fret-carboxyl-cdse-zns-quantum-dots-535-nm-item-dnq-x083-1567.html.

  • Creative Diagnostics provides highly uniform nanoparticles widely used in biology and medicine, including colloidal gold nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, titania nanoparticles, inorganic fluorescent nanoparticles (quantum dots and upconversion nanocrystals), as well as biodegradable polymer nanoparticles. Our nanoparticles are manufactured with different shapes and sizes, and the particle surface can be coated, functionalized or conjugated with biomolecules. These nanoparticles have found broad applications in immunoassay, bioseparation, medical imaging and diagnosis, as well as drug delivery and cancer therapy.
