DiagPoly™ Amine Fluorescent Polystyrene Particles, Yellow Green, 0.2 µm (# DAFY-T001) are encapsulated with yellow green fluorophores (excitation: 505 nm, emission: 515 nm) and functionalized with amine groups on the surface for coupling a wide variety of amine-reactive molecules, including the succinimidyl esters and isothiocyanates of haptens and drugs or the carboxylic acids of proteins, using a water-soluble carbodiimide.
