Nanotechnology Research – Laboratories

The mission of the Institute is to play a dominant role in the materials science and technology innovation chain, first of all in the field of laser technology, metal technology and simulation, polymer technology and nanotechnology.

The main research interests of this Budapest Lab are focused on the development of new functional materials, such as nanostructured and nanosized materials.

Spectroscopic investigation of interfacial phenomena to determine the chemical composition and electronic structure of interfacial systems, as well as to characterise the structures of adsorbed layers.
