ALD Center Finland is a national open-access platform for research and education in atomic-layer-level materials processing, especially Atomic Layer Deposition and Atomic Layer Etching. It provides ALD/ALEt reactors, in-situ and in-vacuo reaction-mechanism studies, process development and thin-film characterization services.
