The Laboratory for Nanomaterials and Quantum Sensing at the University of Helsinki performs analysis and characterization of materials from the atomic to mesoscopic scale. Its techniques include ion implantation, SIMS, XPS, optically detected magnetic resonance, cryogen-free dilution refrigeration, furnaces for high-temperature annealing and terahertz spectroscopy for nanoelectronics, photonics, energy, catalysis and quantum technologies.
