Micro and Quantum Systems, Aalto University

The Micro and Quantum Systems group is located in Micronova, the nanofabrication facility of Aalto University. Its research spans nanoscale transport phenomena, quantum technologies, nanotechnology-based green energy production, plasmonic nanoparticles, nanoscale thermal engineering, thermoelectrics and single-photon-counting applications.
