Nanoscience and Advanced Materials, Aalto University

The Nanoscience and Advanced Materials group is part of Aalto University's Department of Electronics and Nanoengineering and is located in the Micronova nanofabrication research center. The group focuses on nanomaterials, nanostructures and advanced materials for nanoelectronics and optoelectronics, including 2D materials, nanofabrication, energy harvesting, neuromorphic devices and quantum materials.
