OtaNano - National Research Infrastructure for Micro-, Nano- and Quantum Technologies

OtaNano is Finland's national research infrastructure for micro-, nano- and quantum technologies. Operated by Aalto University and VTT, it comprises the Low Temperature Laboratory, Micronova and the Nanomicroscopy Center, providing cleanroom micro- and nanofabrication, high-resolution imaging and characterization, and ultra-low-temperature experimental facilities.
