Santa Clara University - Center for Nanostructures

The Center for Nanostructures at Santa Clara University conducts, promotes, and nurtures interdisciplinary nanoscale science and technology research and education. The center brings together engineering and science faculty and students and provides equipment including scanning electron microscopy, nanomanipulation, electrical measurement, wafer probing, and atomic force microscopy resources.
