Nanotechnology in food-related applications - reference database

(Nanowerk News) For those of you interested in nanotechnology applications related to food, the Food Research Institute at the Department of Food Microbiology and Toxicology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison maintains a very useful database of scientific articles on nanotechnology in food-related applications.
The database, with well over 100 references, is structured into eight categories: Food Composition, Food Packaging, Food Processing, Detection of Foodborne Pathogens and their Toxins, Detection of Chemicals and Contaminants, Control of Foodborne Disease, Toxicology and General Reviews.
