| (Nanowerk News) For those of you interested in nanotechnology applications related to food, the Food Research Institute at the Department of Food Microbiology and Toxicology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison maintains a very useful database of scientific articles on nanotechnology in food-related applications. | |
