(Nanowerk News) More than a hundred bioengineers, research scientists, physicians, lawyers, ethicists, philosophers, and students will convene in Brooklyn, New York for the Fourth International Conference on Ethical Issues in Biomedical Engineering on April 20-22, 2007. | |
One of the six sessions will deal with the ethics of nanobiotechnology. | |
Participants will discusses the ethics of such issues as the medical use of nanotechnology, stem cell research, and clinical trials, and neuroethics. Co-sponsored by SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Polytechnic University, the conference will take place at Polytechnic University, Metro Tech Center, Brooklyn, New York. |
