Job offer: Chair of Nanotechnology for Water Desalination |

(Nanowerk News) The Chair of Nanotechnology for Water Desalination is a new Chair sponsored by the Research Council of Oman and Sultan Qaboos University. It will establish a program of research in Nanotechnology for Water Desalination at SQU, and provide research leadership, including strategic planning, project development and planning, project management, and supervision of research staff and postgraduate students.

The Chair's team will be an interdisciplinary one, comprising of existing faculty and staff at SQU. Resources will be available to appoint postdoctoral fellows, additional researchers, and post-graduate students to compliment skills already available at the University. The team is expected to maintain strong collaboration with universities, research organizations and the private sector in Oman, Gulf Region, and across the Globe.
