Joint presentation of German nanotechnology companies |
| (Nanowerk News) Nanotechnology products "Made in Germany" were the focus of a joint presentation of industrial companies and research institutions at the NanoKorea Fair in Seoul at the end of August. One highlight at this so called "German Area" was a thre dimensional glass car which was used to exhibit concrete examples of nanotechnological applications in the automotive sector. |
| This exhibition is part of a series of international presentations of German achievements in the area of nanotechnology initiated by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and organised by the VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH. |
| The next "German Area" will open its gates at the RusNanoTech fair in in Moscow in October 2009. After a succesful premiere last year, the exhibition space is already booked out. |
| Interested companies can, however, still register for the presentation at the CIIF fair in Shanghai at the beginning of November. |
