Job Description:

Job description
You will be a member of the Litho Process Engineering  team. This process team is responsible for the standard processes and tools  and processes under evaluation/validation for upscaling. You will be developing new Lithographic processes for the area of CMORE (MEMS, actuators, sensors). You are expected to monitor whether processes stay centered in their process window  and  are expected to take counter measures in case of excursions.
After receiving an intensive on-the-job training you will be responsible for analyzing and discussing the litho process requests with the integration customers. Based on this you will design and execute the experimental plan in the cleanroom, and analyze and interpret the experimental results. You are expected to deliver high quality litho processes, including process window characterization, screening of alternative process options, metrology optimization to assure process reproducibility. Finally you will document and transfer the litho processes to the imec pilot production line and provide representative training .
 

 
Requirements:

Profile

  • You are an engineer or PhD and you have 5 to 10 years experience in the development of Lithography or patterning processes. You have a good knowledge of the different steps in a Lithographic process (photoresist chemistry, optical engineering) and the experience on how to tweak them in order to obtain a stable and capable process. 
  • You have a good understanding where the Litho process steps fit in the building of a device and how your process can influence or be influenced by the other process steps.
  • As you will work in cross functional teams, strong communication and reporting skills are required. You are a team player with a strong drive to share your experience and knowledge with colleagues. You strive to document and report your work to highest quality standards.
  • You are an analytical, independent thinker able to translate our customer’s requests in project and work plans.
  • You are prepared to work in shifts (early and late shift) and every three weekends.
