BASF Dialogueforum Nano final report
The 2009 / 2010 dialogueforum, led by the Risk Dialogue Foundation, St. Gallen, resulted in recommendations on how transparency and information can be guaranteed along the product life cycle.

The starting point for the dialogue was the key question: "Who should be provided with what kind of information, by what means, from whom, for what purpose and when?" The group identified specific recommendations for different information tools such as: Safety Data Sheet, Technical Information, customer support, training / instruction, internal database, the internet, sustainability reports or corporate social responsibility reports and hotlines for different target groups.

Additionally, the report provides recommendations for general information tools for Civil Society Organisations (web / print, answering individual queries, employee / member information ) and specific hints for information tools for churches and trade unions.

The final report is available now (pdf).
