nanoBIDS is Nanowerk's free service to facilitate the public posting of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for materials, laboratory and manufacturing equipment & services from procurement departments and the submission of inquiries and bids from vendors. There are no fees and no commissions involved! As part of our service to the nanotechnology community, nanoBIDS is designed to create more visibility among buyers and vendors. Participating in nanoBIDS is easy!
Organizations wanting to invite bids for their procurement of laboratory and manufacturing equipment, materials and services can post their RFPs in the nanoBIDS database. Postings will be validated and approved by a Nanowerk administrator. Vendors can access the RFP information and submit bids directly.
Like all other Nanowerk databases and directories, the nanoBIDS database is freely accessible. However, RFP issuing organizations can request that only nanoBIDS-registered vendors can access details. As an added service, registered vendors can request customized email notifications or tailor their own RSS feed.
