First projects launched under FP7 now profiled on CORDIS

(Nanowerk News) One year into the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and action is well underway, with the third call for proposals currently active. Information on the first projects accepted for funding under FP7 has now also been published on CORDIS, the EU's official information service for research and development.
The profiles of 133 projects in the ICT research theme are now available online, with projects in nanoelectronics, software and security represented. The first call for project proposals represented a total budget of just over 1 billion.
More project profiles will be published on CORDIS as information becomes available, throughout 2008.
The new FP7 projects can be consulted by selecting the 'Programme acronym' FP7-ICT in the CORDIS Search at:
