Graphene one-day Symposium organized within TNT2013

(Nanowerk News) On the occasion of TNT 2013, the 14th edition of the Trends in Nanotechnology International Conference (TNT 2013), a Graphene one-day Symposium will be organized in Seville (Spain) at Hotel Silken Al-Andalus Palace.
This one-day event will be organized in collaboration with ICN2 (Spain) and will take place on September 10.

The Graphene Day entails a plenary session during the morning and the afternoon session will be divided in track A (Graphene science driven oral contributions) and track B (Graphene driven applications Keynotes & Graphene Flagship dedicated session).

During the afternoon, 3 talks from members of the FET Graphene Flagship (Mar Garcia Hernandez, Vladimir Falko and Stephan Roche) will be featured providing a unique opportunity for broad interaction. Three Work-Packages from the Graphene Flagship will be presented, namely Materials (WP1), Fundamental science of graphene and 2D materials beyond graphene (WP3) & Spintronics (WP6).
