EU public consultation on transparency measures for nanomaterials on the market |
| (Nanowerk News) As part of the Communication on the Second Regulatory Review on Nanomaterials, the European Commission has announced to launch an impact assessment to identify and develop the most adequate means to increase transparency and ensure regulatory oversight on nanomaterials. |

| This public consultation is conducted in support of the impact assessment. Its objective is to obtain stakeholder views on the currently available information on nanomaterials on the market, the problem definition that forms the basis of the impact assessment, as well as the potential positive and/or negative impacts of the aforementioned policy options. |
| How to submit your contribution |
| Contributions from all interested stakeholders, including companies, public authorities, associations and consumers are invited. There are two separate consultations: one for industry stakeholders (private companies, industry associations) and one for all interested stakeholders (individuals, authorities, academia, non-industry associations, etc.). |
